Ayers Rock Is Awesome!

For many years I have wanted to visit Ayers Rock, finally I got the chance with my husband and 3 boys.

To see it for the first time was just mesmerising, as we drove towards it got bigger with every turn in the road.

We climbed to the top which certainly isn't easy but the view was amazing 'We felt like we were on top of the World'. The climb up took about 1 1/2 hours, the climb down was about 1 hour.

Then we walked around the base which is about 7 or 8 kilometres and 2 1/2 hours later we were totally wrecked but so excited that we had visited that Awesome 'huge red rock' in Central Australia!
